Mining is one of the most important professions on the server. It allows you to gather the materials required for crafting, upgrading equipment, and creating powerful weapons. If you want to wield a perfectly sharpened sword or forge high-tier gear in the future, you'll first need to spend time mining valuable resources.
Veins can be found throughout caves and various locations around the world. Depending on the type of ore you're looking for, some veins will be easy to find while others will be hidden in remote and dangerous areas. Many of the most valuable veins are located in places guarded by powerful monsters, making mining expeditions both challenging and rewarding.
To begin mining, you will need a Beginner's Pickaxe, which can be purchased from any Tools NPC for 200 gold coins.
With this pickaxe, you can mine Bronze Ore and Silver Ore, provided you meet the required Mining Skill level. As your skill increases, you'll gain access to rarer ores and stronger pickaxes, allowing you to mine higher-tier veins.

Each vein has two separate chances:
Both chances increase based on the player's Mining Skill. The higher your skill, the more efficient your mining becomes.
In addition, every pickaxe provides a multiplier that further improves your chances.

| 0.02 | |

A player with 33 Mining Skill using a Master's Pickaxe receives:
This means the player gains an additional 5.61% chance, which is added to the base chance of the vein being mined successfully and rewarding ore.
The higher your Mining Skill and the better your Pickaxe, the more efficient your mining will become, allowing you to gather rare resources faster and progress through the crafting system more effectively.
Mining is not without risks. Every pickaxe has a small chance to break each time it is used.
The probability of a pickaxe breaking depends on its quality. Lower-tier pickaxes are more fragile and have a higher chance of breaking, while higher-tier pickaxes are built from stronger materials and are considerably more durable.
As a general rule:
Investing in better pickaxes not only improves your mining efficiency but also reduces the risk of losing your tool during long mining sessions.
